An outdoor theater.

Who ever thought of watching movies outside was genius! Last night I went with a friend and watched Avatar oustide at his pastors backyard. This was the same group from the church I visited a couple weeks back. It was wonderful! The lightening bugs are flying all over the place and everyone is just comfortable and having a great time. As long as you have bug spray you are in the clear! It was such a great night.

I am listening to my Counting Crows station on pandora. Crash Into Me by Dave Matthews Band is on now. Right before was A Long December by the Counting Crows...I am growing to love that song.

I am in love with these great t-shirts from Target. They are the v-necks with the pocket on the...boob area. Not to be innapropriate but that is where it is and that is exactly where the makers intended on it to be; perverts. WHAT THE HECK IS THAT POCKET FOR? Except for people to take notice in that area. You know what speaking of it my guy friend did tell me thats what happens. I love the shirts not the teensy pocket. Anyways I got about 5 of them all different colors.

If you do not have a pandora I insist that you go get one. It's a website where you can find your favorite band and make a station. IT"S THE BEST! I am really late on the pandora train.

Meet Virginia by Train just came on.

Well today was a sad day. U.S. lost to Ghana 2-1. Very depressing. It went into overtime. Man was I sick when I saw that last Ghana goal. Well now I need to pick a new team to root for in the World Cup. Who's yours? Soccer is a beautiful sport. They look like they are dancing with the ball. Lovely.

My brother is at a Phish concert as we speak. I hate to admit but I am a little jealous. But in his defense his friend bought him the ticket two months ago while I was still in school. Still it's a bummer. I asked for a t-shirt. So hopefully I will get one! If you don't know who they are check em out. I love them hope you do to.

Well that is all for tonight. We will chat again sometime soon.

P.S. Name by The Goo Goo Dolls is on now.

Well it might be the slowness of my summer, but I am starting to get excited to go back to school. My summer is lagging quite a bit. I need an adventure. Some kind of excitement or trip. I am going to Michigan next month! But I am starting to feel like I need more than that. Call me selfish. I SCREAM FOR ADVENTURE!

The World Cup has been the center of my attention. This Wednesday U.S. vs. Algeria. So come on U.S. we need this! My brother likes to wake me up for the early 9 a.m. games so I know that will be the case then.

Speaking of my brother. I have become very close with him. We hang out everyday, and I am eating it up. I never get to see him while at school and I know he has better things to do. He picks to hang out with me. He as easily become one of my best friends. It's as simple as that.

For dinner I had delicious chicken, hummus, and chick pea and bean wraps. So good.

My mom bought years worth of strawberries.

So I am in drives education. Yes, I jumped a little too late on the driving train. But here I go! Drives ed. is awful! I hate it so much. 3 hours. Monday thru Thursday. My teacher is this very goofy man. He has a story for everything, and always laughs at his own jokes. THe sad thing is nothing he says is funny. You just hear pity laughs around the room. Poor guy.

Well that is all tonight. I hope you all enjoyed your first official day of summer!

Check it!

Guys I found a new blog that I fell in love with right away! Here it is. Read and love!

Cool breeze.

Today is beautiful. So I am just checking in trying not to get sucked into the blogosphere. It's a cool breezy day. Perfect for a run, a dog walk, and maybe some painting.

Yesterday, besides the fun family funk we all deal with, was very inspiring. I created all day. I spent three hours on the pottery wheel! I tried two new forms. A box being one of them. I am so excited to see how it turned out. I also sat outside for about an hour painting with my watercolors! I am very amateur with watercolors, but it is so enchanting. The idea of watercolors puts a smile on my face. It's elegant and simple. I may be quite awful, but I love it regardless.

I visited a new church on Sunday. I loved it. It seemed to fit all my criteria, and the people! Oh the people. You know when you walk into a strange place but are simply calmed by the warmth of all people there. It was welcoming and the prescence of God was overwhelming! Needless to say I will be visiting again. However, to those biting your nails. I will never leave VERB.

Wanna know what my family ate for dinner last night? Grilled cheeses with macoroni and cheese on the side. I think we are cute.

So being home from college is a lot to get used to. Mom actually sent me to my room the other day. Then she realized how ridiculous it was and lifted the punishment. Too funny!

Is it bad that I don't care if my ceilning is painted? Who cares? Mom does. And watch out get on her bad side and she will send you to your room. Never gets old haha.

Well it's time to enjoy this beautiful day!
Goodbye dear friends.

Diane keaton you are inspiration.

To all people who have experienced divorce in their lives. This goes to you.

Tonight my mother and father talked about what is going to happen now that I am 19. How much will my father pay? Will he pay? Insurance? And then the nonsense comments mom throws in. The comments that don't need to be said. Or in her words the comments she thinks Diane Keaton would say. My oldest brother and I watch this ping pong match and can't help but chuckle at the comedy in it all. A good friend and I were talking the other night about how complex we make the simple things. Well this is one of those times. My mother has been hurt, yes. However, she takes the complexity of her emotions and throws them in front of the simplicity of buisness. If this life we live in were a Diane Keaton movie let me tell you I would be a happy girl. It would be simple, yet over the top, and always classy. Well somewhat. But it's not. This divorced world we have found ourselves in is it. This is what we have to work with. Who I am is the product of a "broken" family. Everything I have become I give thanks to my parents. Sure I have some broken parts, but all together I enjoy who I have become. A divorce is not a dead end. Divorce is a maze, ofcourse you are going to find yourself stuck at points but if you work hard you will make it out! Frustration is just a barrier I have to jump. I will jump it. I will make it.

Well that is it. Call it a rant. Call it vent. Call it a pretty darn satisfying read.
You can't deny it I got a blog that you want to read again tomorrow. Problem is I'm to lazy to write tomorrow. Maybe next week.

So there it is, I will meet you right back here whenever. Talk to you soon.
